About Honduras...
San Andrés, Lempira is one of Honduras’ hidden gems. With volcanic soil, elevations ranging from 1,400 to 1,650 masl, and a new wave of quality-focused farmers embracing innovative processing methods, the region produces coffees that are intense, complex, and deeply satisfying.
Processing is done on-farm, giving each producer full control over their lot — and the opportunity to impart a personal touch to every cup. Rather than being mixed at central mills, each coffee reflects the unique decisions and dedication of the individual grower.
In the cup, you'll find bold, spiced notes of stewed berries paired with rich, dark chocolate. It’s a coffee full of contrast and depth, offering a layered experience that lingers long after the last sip.
