UK DELIVERY

We offer FREE Royal Mail Tracked delivery on orders over £15.

Coffee subscriptions:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 / Similar (£1.99)
  • Free on coffee subscriptions orders over £15

All other orders:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 / 48 / Similar (£4.99)
  • Free on orders over £15

DISPATCH TIMES

  • Orders placed before 1PM are dispatched the same day
  • Orders placed after 1PM are dispatched the next working day
  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
  • Subject to stock availability and variable dispatch times.
  • Preorders will dispatch together when available.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times for UK Mainland deliveries:

  • Tracked 24: 1–2 working days
  • Tracked 48: 2–3 working days
  • Similar 24/48 Couriers reflect the same as above.

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection, normally same day when stock is available.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Please contact us prior to ordering if you require delivery outside of the UK.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Once your order has been dispatched, it is the responsibility of the courier.
However, we will always assist in resolving any delivery issues where possible.

FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERY

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful and the parcel is returned to us, we may charge an additional delivery fee to resend the order.
