Fairtrade Artisan Blend

A perfect blend. What a coffee!

Used all 250gm, with various settings but all coffee sour. I should have tried reducing the normal 18gm dose but ran out of beans.

I would say this is a more 3-4 than a solid 4 - which is milder than my preferred 4-5 roast, but never the less I like the taste and it is good for all day drinking. When you consider the price, this is decent value. More cafetier than esspesso, but none the worse for that.

Great coffee, which needed grinding carefully. Over grind and there was a hint of bitterness. I think a burr grinder will inevitably extract the best flavour.So my advice is a course grind, then pop into a coffee maker of your choice.Delicious.

Nice beans, not too strong but makes a nice coffee. No issues blending, Pack isn't resealable so a more suitable container is required after opening.
