Espresso Filter

Espresso: 20g dose of coffee to make 50g of espresso in 27-32s. This makes a double shot.

Filter: We like to use Aeropress for this coffee:

  • Use the Aeropress inverted.
  • Add 15g of medium sized coffee grounds to the aeropress and place it on some scales.
  • Start a timer and quickly pour 250g of water just off the boil on top of the coffee.
  • Screw on the lid with a pre-wetted filter paper inside.
  • When the timer reads 1 minute 15 seconds, place a cup on top of the aeropress, flip it onto the cup and press the coffee through. The brew should finish around 2 minutes.

The best recipe for any coffee depends on the equipment, water and preparation being used to make it. We encourage you to experiment and fine tune our suggestions to your preferences.

Single Origin Coffee

A rotating selection of exceptional single origin coffees, each sourced from a specific farm, cooperative, or region. These coffees showcase the unique flavours of their origin—highlighting seasonality, terroir, and traceability. Carefully roasted to bring out clarity, complexity, and distinctive character in every cup.
