Immersion Brewing

The Switch uses a stainless steel ball to stop water flowing through the dripper, allowing the coffee to steep before being released at the push of the switch.

Pour-Over & Immersion

The design can be used as a standard V60 pour-over or as an immersion brewer, providing flexibility to experiment with different brewing methods and recipes.

200ml Brewing Capacity

The Size 02 model has a finished capacity of 200ml, making it suited to preparing smaller individual brews. It uses standard V60 Size 02 filter papers.

Heatproof Glass Construction

The V60 dripper is made from heatproof glass and sits within a silicone rubber base, with a PCT resin switch and stainless steel ball forming the release mechanism.
