About Brazil Brigadeiro...
More than just a delicious brew, this coffee is a symbol of progress—supporting gender equality, economic empowerment, and leadership for women in the coffee industry. A passion project for a collective of women’s only farms in ParanĂ¡.
From ParanĂ¡, Brazil—just south of the Tropic of Capricorn—this coffee comes from a region defined by its rich volcanic soils and smallholder farms ranging from 1 to 15 hectares. ParanĂ¡â€™s unique climate offers four distinct seasons, with cooler periods that slow down cherry maturation to up to 300 days. The result? A syrupy, sweet, and chocolatey cup that reflects the dedication and craftsmanship of the all-women producer group behind it.
This naturally processed Yellow Catuaà and IPR 107 delivers a classic Brazilian profile with a twist: think creamy milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and sweet chopped dates—like a fruit and nut chocolate bar in your cup.
