The story of Brazil Fazenda Três Meninas is a beautiful partnership between the deep coffee tradition of Brazil and progressive environmental ideals.

This family run farm spreads over 54 hectares and they are truly blessed to have the Bagagem River flowing through the farm. It’s the great respect and gratitude of their surroundings that has driven the family to invest heavily into sustainable agriculture to ensure that not only are they doing what’s best for growing some amazing coffee but also doing what’s best for the surroundings themselves. It’s the high level of care and innovation that has led to Tres Meninas being used as a model farm to demonstrate the benefits of sustainable farming.

The respect and care shown to their farm truly comes alive in the rich fruit and wooden undertones pairing beautifully with the dark sugar flavours the roast of the bean produces.

Brigadeiro

More than just a delicious brew, this coffee is a symbol of progress—supporting gender equality, economic empowerment, and leadership for women in the coffee industry. A passion project for a collective of women’s only farms in Paraná.

From Paraná, Brazil—just south of the Tropic of Capricorn—this coffee comes from a region defined by its rich volcanic soils and smallholder farms ranging from 1 to 15 hectares. Paraná’s unique climate offers four distinct seasons, with cooler periods that slow down cherry maturation to up to 300 days. The result? A syrupy, sweet, and chocolatey cup that reflects the dedication and craftsmanship of the all-women producer group behind it.

This naturally processed Yellow Catuaí and IPR 107 delivers a classic Brazilian profile with a twist: think creamy milk chocolate, roasted nuts, and sweet chopped dates—like a fruit and nut chocolate bar in your cup.

Minas Gerais, meaning 'General Mines,' was named after the gold rush of the 18th century. But today, coffee is its true treasure. The state exports around 54–64% of Brazil’s coffee, making it a powerhouse in the global coffee trade. To further improve yields and quality, many farms have recently integrated advanced irrigation systems into their agriculture.

This coffee is a Brazilian classic. Think about chocolate oozing over a bed of caramelised sugar glazed walnuts. Deep, sweet comforting flavours make this an irresistible treat.
