You can pay for your subscription with any payment method, however if you don’t tick the box to save your payment details or are using Google or Apple Pay, you will need to manually pay for the renewals due to restrictions from these platforms. You can add a backup/card payment method to your account on renewal/initial subscription to avoid manual payments in future. Gift subscriptions can be purchased with any payment method.

Your subscription will continue until cancelled, if the payment method expires or it is suspended due to non-payment. We recommend to add a new payment method if you have any issues with renewal. Gift subscriptions will take a single payment so there are no recurring subscription payments.

Usually next day, but this depends on when you order and which delivery method you choose. For example, if you order Mon-Fri before 1PM, your order will be dispatched the same day, and if you choose next day, you’ll have your coffee ready to brew the following day.

When you start your first subscription, you can easily manage your subscription by pausing and cancelling, if you’re ready to try another coffee, just start a new subscription for the coffee of your choice, don’t worry, your payment details and address are securely saved to your account, so it’s just as simple and easy to add a new subscription then to cancel and pause one. Gift subscriptions cannot be changed as they are set on a fixed coffee/selection and schedule.

To change your subscription:

  1. Cancel your existing subscription.
  2. Add your new coffee subscription to the cart.
  3. Checkout without having to re-enter any details.
  4. Note. Any voucher codes or promos won’t apply to the new subscription.
    Contact us to get a “Resubscription Discount Code”.

To cancel or pause your subscription:

  1. Click on My Account
  2. Find the Subscriptions menu and open up your subscription/s.
  3. Click on Pause or Cancel.
