Fairtrade Artisan Blend
Taste Notes

Caramel, Chocolate & Hazelnut

Brazil, Colombia, Vietnam

Natural, Washed

Medium Dark

Espresso

The 100% Fairtrade Artisan is our most popular blend for espresso, and there’s no doubt why!

This blend’s coffee flows smooth and thick like honey.

With a subtle fresh strawberry acidity followed by tons of toasted almonds and caramel, this coffee is complex whilst still packing a punch.

If no selection is made, whole bean is the default.

The coffee is from a Artisan Blend UK Roasted Whole Coffee Bean, and are Fairtrade.I’ve found this makes them taste nicely but are usually more expensive, so the price I’ve found is quite fair. This is a medium roast bean I would give it a strength of 4, the beans are contained in a single large 1 kg bag. when opened there was a strong aroma of coffee which smelt nice and fresh. I don’t actually own a coffee grinder, Instead I bought a cheap coffee press which works great. The flavour is quite strong which I do enjoy, but not what I normally go for.Overall, Its sweeter than my normal coffee but provides a great strong taste.

Everything I am looking for in a coffee, it’s a distinctive brew. The coffee makes you know that you have just had a great cup and I would recommend it wholeheartedly.A full-body flavour that lasts with a decent caffeine hit.Rounded and good value for money. I will buy this in the future.

I have recently got into drinking coffee (last year) and have developed a specific taste for it already. As I consume it without milk or sugar, I really pay attention to the taste of the beans. These have a slightly sweet taste that can be compared to a ‘little fruity’ but also a sweeter after taste similar to honey. This is obviously individual however I hope some people with similar baby tastebuds as mine can relate. They are a little expensive to what I normally drink but this must be due to them being fairtrade. I am for supporting this however and with subscribe and save (14) I think it is a great option as a permanent feature in my coffee drawer. They grind well and are best served fresh to limit oxidation and I would put them in an airtight container after opening the pack to retain this freshness.Overall very happy, strong enough to give me a buzz in the morning whilst pleasing the tastebuds!
