Serving Method

Classic Hojicha Tea:
• Add 1 g (about ½ teaspoon) powder to a cup.
• Whisk or stir with 150–200 ml hot water (80–90 °C) until smooth.
• Enjoy straight for a clean, roasted flavour.

Hojicha Latte:
• Add 1 g powder to a cup or bowl.
• Whisk with 60 ml hot water to form a smooth paste.
• Top with 150 ml warm milk or plant-based alternative. Sweeten to taste if desired.

Iced Hojicha:
• Mix 3–4 g powder with a splash of water to make a paste.
• Add ice and 150–200 ml cold water or milk, then stir or shake well.

Also perfect for baking and desserts—stir into cakes, cookies, ice cream, or even savoury sauces for a warm, roasted depth.
