Rwanda Inzovu

Tastes like: Yuzu, Raisin & Blueberry

Rwanda being so highly elevated is referred to as the land of a thousand hills and hidden away between those hills we have unearthed a gem. Across it’s landlocked and jungled slopes there are over 400,000 farmers tirelessly working and using their expertise to grow some outstanding Arabica coffee beans that the world is blessed to try.

The coffee is meticulously graded and hulled before being hand sorted at the Rwandan Trading Company thus ensuring that every bean is perfect, resulting in a clean flavour profile that glides through across your tongue with a sweet fruity aftertaste.

Really tasty coffee. Comes out with good strong blueberry flavour via Aeropress (Hoffmann recipe, 17.6g to 220ml, 11 grind size Timemore C2). My current go to coffee from Coffee World. Moderate levels of acidity which are lacking in some over coffees sold here, a strong recommendation if you like fruity flavours or acidity, but still mellow and sweet enough to be enjoyed by those less keen on an acidic cup. Also comes out really nice as espresso. Really good stuff
