Expertly roasting with continuous quality checks while meticulously overviewing every stage to deliver the best roast. Our base of operations boasts our 60KG Vittoria Roaster, our 15KG Giesen roaster, a dedicated barista training academy alongside our showcase Espresso Bar.

The Espresso Bar opened its doors in the spring of 2024 announcing itself to the Cambridge Coffee scene. It is the heartbeat at the centre of our training, wholesale and roasting facility and sets the standard for specialty coffee.

Great quality beans. Even though I’m not a huge fan of acidic coffee I’ve enjoyed my cups made with my aeropress using freshly ground beans. The citrus flavour isn’t overpowering allowing the basic aroma through which is quite pleasant because it isn’t a heavy bodied coffee.

Personally I like this coffee to be a richer roast, but we have thoroughly enjoyed it
